Georgia has been known since ancient times for its distinctive winemaking culture and 8,000-year-old traditions. Inspired by this cultural heritage, Georgian winemaker and entrepreneur Jimsher Chkhaidze-Askaneli has spent nearly two decades searching for a way to tell the remarkable story of whisky, now in the Georgian language.

The awards are not only a recognition of quality for us, but also another important step in establishing the first Georgian whisky on the international market.
