Jimsher Symphony is the Georgian distillery’s first single malt, cask-strength, high-alcohol whiskey. Aged in a traditional Georgian Saperavi wine barrel. Whiskey is distinguished by its unusual, strong, and unique taste qualities.

Jimsher Symphony will soon be released in limited quantities on the Georgian market. It is worth noting that the single malt category is a completely new direction for Jimsher Distillery, and until now the company has only produced blended whiskey.
